Hmmm trying ot figure out how to word this.....
I know that the Poly Concierge sends out a pre-trip survey for those people who booked early.... what about last minute trips? We cant book until March 5th, so we may not get the Poly over Mother's day....... BUT in case we do........Once we book should we call them to assist us with some PS bookings and such. Or will they contact us? Is that how all Conciege levels work? (so if we dont get the Poly, we can try for CR, BC, or WL)
We are also celebrating our daughter's 3rd birthday(AKA a new paying WDW guest) and my 3rd Mother's day
My husband and I would like to do something speical (but not crazy.... she is only 3! LOL) for our daughter and would like the help of the Conciege staff. We are thinking along the lines of balloons and a Disney birthday hat (do they exisit?)
