Poly CL checkout day question

I have read that our club access is good for the day of checkout. If we book a later flight and want to hang out at resort to swim, will there be a place we can shower/change?

I wish I could help but I had that same question! Also if doing a split stay, can you get back into the lounge/pool after checking into the next resort?
