I'm starting to think about plans for November 2016. With all the closures and construction, I'm considering skipping DHS this trip. What will you do?

we're going down on Tuesday for 9 days - we'll visit DHS 6 times (we park hop) so no we're not skipping it. IF we only had a base ticket (not park hopper) we would probably still go but only for one day

We won't skip. We still have a lot of must do's.

RnR
TofT
Star Tours
GMR
TSMM
Muppets
Fantasmic
Agree with these and will add in that we love eating at Sci Fi, 50's Prime Time and Mama Melrose (especially with the Fantasmic Dining Plan). Besides that we love putting out hands in the cement outside the theater, the Streetmosphere on Hollywood and Sunset, and the little hidden gems like pulling the rope outside Indy. Definitely not skipping.

Only doing a 4 night trip in 2016. For F&W. Likely will buy 2 or 3 day non-hoppers to go to Epcot. If we spring fort hoppers we'll hit AK and/or MK and skip HS.

my next trip will probably be very limited- 1 or 2 days at the most, so I'll probably park hop. My park hop plan *could* include Fantasmic and the Star Wars fireworks, but I might also choose to spend two evenings in the MK. There is certainly nothing besides nighttime entertainment that I feel like running to DHS for right now.

Since we skipped DHS last time, we plan to go there on our arrival day, so it will be about a half-day. We'll do dinner at 50s and our FP rides and if we find anything else with short enough lines, that will be a bonus. We aren't stressed about it.

we will definitely skip it for now. We were there in December and that'll be enough until they get some new stuff done to compensate for the upcoming closures

I still love Hollywood Studios. I'm excited for what's to come, but in the meantime, I can't imagine a trip that didn't include Toy Story Midway Mania or Muppet*Vision 3D. Even with our kids too young to do the big thrill rides, I still think it's worth visiting. Plus, I like the stage shows including Disney Junior for the kids and Beauty and the Beast for the whole family.

We will be there in Dec and have a PH so depending on what they have will determine if we spend part of a day there from RD through lunch or a little after and then go to another park and on another day start at another park and go there for the evening or just spend a whole day there.

I was going to until I realized how much Star Wars stuff is there. We'll hit it at least once, possibly twice if the Symphony in the Stars fireworks are extended through Easter week. (Please, Disney! PLEASE!!!!)

Construction or not, it's the one park I can always skip without feeling guilty. I like ToT, GMR, and Muppets - but not enough to waste the time to get there and then to another park even when I have hoppers. I can live without them.

All of the above

All of these reflect our feelings about DHS. We love it all, and feel there is a lot to do with all the above mentioned. We love Beauty and the Beast, the street people, the whole atmosphere plus 2 of the best rides, IMO, in all of WDW, TOT and TSM!!! So, we will definitely go back, several times, with park hoppers in November 2016:)
