We plow the driveway, but when we did use the snow blower I would have used it.. not a real big deal. It's snow, if it were up to me it would never snow but since we can't control when it decides to snow and when my job brings me home I say blow away

We had that happen last February. We came home from WDW to find that a near-blizzard had happened the day before and a snow emergency had been declared -- which means there is NO onstreet parking at all and history has shown us that more than one car has been hit by a plow. So, in our town, you have no choice but to get into your driveway asap.

We come home to find a 6 foot high plow pile at the end of our driveway. And beyond that, there were 3-4 foot drifts IN the driveway. We only had shovels and none of our lovely neighbors apparently gave us a thought when they used their snowblowers to clear their own spaces out. It took the two of us nearly 6 hours (12 hours total) to clear to get into our garage.

I can assure you that if we'd had a snowblower, it would have been on and running. Don't like it? Then come over and volunteer to help shovel.
