Yes but it's all getting put away tomorrow, only because DH is working today and I need him to get the boxes down from the attic. :)

We will take our NJ one down on Monday, and take the Ohio one down on Saturday.

Do you have a certain New Years Eve/New Years tradition? Ex. Watching the ball drop on t.v., going to a New Years party, .....?

I used to watch the Dick Clark special that he had each year, but when he suffered the stroke and couldn't do it anymore I stopped watching. When he was finally able to come back to help count down the ball drop, I'd only watched the ball drop.

I agree. It's very awkward now so we only watch the ball drop too.

We usually host a Noon Year's Eve party for the kids and their friends. We count down to noon and have a balloon drop and everything. But this year it doesn't work with schedules and whatnot. So no idea what our plans are.

I did exactly the same as Pooh. When my kids were small we would have chips and other snacks with Shirley temple drinks. Now we just barely make it to midnight.

In my backyard watching our goldfish swimming in our pond, watching the birds at the feeders with Belle at my side. It is peaceful.

sitting at the beach, with my toes in the sand, adult beverage in my hand, the sun setting in the west and no electronics!

Either reading a good book under a good tree or attending a concert where the artist and audience are all feeling the energy.
