Pet peeve...I have a few, but one is when parents do not watch their kids in the store. If you have a child that is younger, they will just roam around the store without watching where they are going, and bump into things or someone could just bump the child with their shopping cart.

Another small child incident that I just saw was when a man went across the parking lot to get something from his car, and left his child which was around the age of two by the front of the store right in front of the road. What if the child just decided to take a step to his dad, and a car was approaching? Someone could have taken the child? Grrrrrr!

Do I have to pick just one pet peeve?

- Anything where I believe potential harm to a child could occur is big with me.
- Rudeness in general.
- People who can only see the negative in a situation.
- Lack of common sense.

What's your worst pet peeve?

In person, parents who don't parent (letting kids run wild/unsupervised, which puts them at risk as well as other people).

In writing, people who don't bother with correct spelling or grammar. (And then tell me that "it isn't that big a deal." )

No shingles, got the vaccine a couple of years ago

Chicken pox as a child; no signs of shingles at this time (knock on wood!) will discuss vaccine next appt with PCP.

Not anymore. Had a friend in grade school, both her parents were deaf, she taught us some but that was too long ago
