Fall or winter. I went last year in February and the temps and crowds were perfect.

I love going to Disney in the Fall. The temperatures are better and lines seem shorter.

I like the ability to do it, but we rarely do.
Because of FP+ and ADRs we tend to stick to one park a day.
But we always have APs, so we can arrange things to do more than one a day if we want
