I think she is guilty but won't get the death penalty. There is something very "off" about the whole family; I guess every family has its own disfunction but their disfunction seems almost manic.

I don't think she'll get the death penalty.

I believe in the death penalty and I don't think I could vote for it. Not because she is messed up but because I just really don't know for 100 % sure what happened. I think she killed her but was it accidental and then she covered it up? Was it pre-meditated like the searches made it seem? Just a couple of unanswered questions...plus if she is alive maybe at some point in her old age she will finally tell the truth about what she did.

I think she will probably get life because in all honesty no one wants to see a young' attractive mother-those terms loosely-get a needle in the arm. appeals and such as the above poster stated, it would be some time until that would happen.

i think the last woman to be put to death in Florida was Aileen Wuornos.
