Are female inmates just as bad as male inmates when it comes to child killers?

With any luck they are!

I voted guilty, but not necessarily of all charges.

I think that the State proved beyond any reasonable doubt that Casey provided false information to law enforcement (claimed she worked at Universal in 2008, had a babysitter named Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez, claimed that she told fictional Universal employees Caylee was missing before her mom called 911, and said she had phone call from Caylee on July 15 - a month after her "accidental death."

I think she is absolutely guilty of aggravated manslaughter and aggravated child abuse because she was the last person to be seen with a live Caylee, and Caylee is dead. I also think that the defense failed to create reasonable doubt that chloroform and duct tape were used on that child and they caused her to die.

My gut tells me that she committed First Degree Murder but I'm not sure the Prosecution proved it beyond reasonable doubt. Little Caylee could have been accidentally suffocated.

It is up to the jury now. I wish them luck.

I agree! I do think JB did as much as he could under the circumstances considering they had so little to work with. I do think the proscecution should have presented a case that was more thorough and didn't leave any opportunity for questions in anyone's mind.

Well, I've followed the Amanda Knox case too.. I'll take our justice system any day.

Yup. As a co-worker said immediately after the verdict..."you need to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt"

My gut tells me she is guilty so I voted as such, even though the verdict is already in. However I don't think that the prosecution proved their case.
