Hi, I banked our points with member services. They told me that they must be used by 8/07. Does that mean I need to stay before that, or can I use them in a reservation for after that date, but make the reservation before 8/07.

They must be used by the end of your 2006 use year, which it sounds like is August 31, 2007.

You check out date must be prior to Sept 1st 2007.
