Points question

I just booked next years vacation. I have o8 banked points (DEC UY). Will they use those points first and then take the remaining out of my 09 allotment or do I need to call and tell them that is how I would like to use my points?

Did you specify your desires in your web request? They should use the oldest points first, but I have had them make mistakes in the past.

You can go on line to check to see that they used the correct points. I always print out a copy of my vacation details and points inventory after I make a reservation so I have a “hard copy” in case something magically changes (you know the never-ending battle between the MS CM fairies and the IT villains).
