Points on Dashboard

Hi, this is probably a pretty dumb question so I apologize in advance! I am new to DVC (resale) and just got my member ID and sign in. On my dashboard it says I have 0 points for 2022... I do understand sometimes it takes few days to load points... My question is, if I'm supposed to have 200 points in 2022 but my use year is Oct, will it show me the 200 points before Oct ? Or do they show in Oct? Sorry, very green to this.

They will show up under 2022 on your dashboard. Once your points are loaded, that's where they will appear. I can see my December points for each UY up to 2024 on my dashboard.

Yes, it can take a few days to get the points loaded after you see your account. You will see the points as soon as they are loaded.

If you need to book a trip right away (and are worried about availability disappearing before your points show up), you can try calling MS to see if they can help you get them loaded sooner so you can book right away.

Yes, you should see them once your points are loaded. I can see points through 2024 currently in my dashboard.

They will show up under 2022 on your dashboard. Once your points are loaded, that's where they will appear. I can see my December points for each UY up to 2024 on my dashboard.

If your contract is showing up under My Profile -> Membership Information you can call MS to try and get the points loaded. It doesn't work 100% of the time based on what I've read here on the boards, but from personal experience I was able to get MS to load the points over the phone for my two resale contracts once the contracts appeared online.

Unfortunately even with call to MS, we are still unable to have our resale points loaded at present time although our contract showed up online on Friday. Just missed out on a perfect stay at our new home resort because of it , but oh well hoping can load soon and start looking again(have banked points that need to be used before end of next sept.lol)
