Just heard from a DVC guide that the price per point will increase to $101 this summer!

Holy smokes! that will be just about DOUBLE what we paid back in 1991! :scared:

This may coincide with the other post about DVC getting something "BIG" this summer. A resort on the monorail could demand this type of price. Buy now if you want in and don't care about the monorail resort

I think that price increase is supposed to happen in April. My folks were down last week and checked out the sales center over at the Boardwalk.

this is a dumb question but i have about 50 something points, does this mean i only have $50.00 :confused3

Danielle that means you have 5,000 and some for your points 50x101 per point :thumbsup2 THis depends on what resort is selling for 101 and consumer demand.

This is going to sound stupid again, but what does 5,000 mean, does it mean i have 5000 points? i guess certain things i might wanna buy will be rated in points correct?

This is my first time with the points Cre. Card so i am not sure how it all works

Danielle i think there is some confusion here we are talking about timeshare points. I believe from your post your talking about credit crd points where 50 points is fifty bucks.

Isn't the sale center at SSR now? I thought the one at BW was closed and renovated to room space?

omg yes, then i got confused, ok thank you for clearing that up for me! :thumbsup2

This is true. I just received a flyer from DVC yesterday and the price for SSR is going to be $101.00. I don't have the flyer in front on me and I can't remember if the date was in March or April (I want to say March 10th?)
