Purchases directly from DVC are $104 for BCV and BWV, $101 for VWL and OKW and $87 for VB and HH with a minimum purchase of 50 points ($92 for fewer points at those resorts).

All of these resorts currently have the January 31, 2042 expiration date - except for OKW, which has the 2057 expiration when purchased thru DVC directly.

Yes. The minimum add-on is actually 25 points if you are paying cash, 50 points if you want Disney financing.

What about AKV?
$104 with no $10.00 discount for under 160, correct?

To clarify...if you buy OKW direct from Disney, it will be a 2057 contract for $101. It is only resales that would need the extension.
