Forgive my slight ignorance. We are traveling in Oct 2025. I am thinking your June 25 UY means you are able to book for any date from June onward. If so, I would be interested in renting from you. Our dates are Oct 3-6, 2025. 2 adults, 2 kids, and we are hoping for a hotel room through DVC at Aulani.

Hi! There is no resort fee but there are transient occupancy taxes that are specific to Hawaii (not Disney). Those are in addition and charged at the resort. I don't have the exact numbers but they vary from about $20-55 / night. A 2BR ocean view would be on the high end of the range.
