Points for Rent or Transfer

Hello!

I have 325 points for rent or transfer. Point cost is $10.00, 11.00 or 12.00 per point. All points are for Saratoga Springs but depending on the date I may be able to make a reservation for all DVC resorts.

For transfers: Payment is due before transfer and then points will be deposited into your account. $11.00 per point .

For reservations: Give me the date, room size, and location you would like to book. If it is available 50% is due before reservations is made. I accept Paypal. A confirmation number will be given after the reservation is made. Once I receive paper reservation it will be mailed to you. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before your vacation starts. $12.00 per point . If final payment is not made within 90 days your reservation will be canceled and a refund will not be given. I will remind you of your payment due but will not search and wait for you to beyond the 90 day mark.

$10.00 per point if you purchase the entire 325 points.

We are a responsible military family (husband, wife and oldest son ALL active duty ) plus 3 kids and are looking for good transaction. I appreciate you looking, we actually already have that week booked via the Disney site, I was just interested to see if it would available to DVC member for a cheaper price. We are locked into that week in regards to work. Thanks again for looking.

Are any of these points available for transfer? Looking for 34 points or 4 points ( I am shy 4 points for a particular night) for transfer and then book one night in a two bedroom @ OKW. They have availability (I checked)
