50% deposit at time of reservation, balance due prior to 30 days out. Can pay via Venmo, PayPal. Fees to be covered by renter if using credit card or any other fees generated by payment method.

If you take over 200 points, points will be $16.50.

I would have to borrow points from 2020 use year. Those points become harder to handle since they can not be banked. I would be willing to do that but understand my ability to adjust/refund the reservation becomes severely limited and these points would not be discounted since in another year or so, the price would be higher. I will discount the first 222 to $16.50 but anything after that goes at $17.

There is only availability for a Garden/Pool View at 114 points for the stay from 2/19 through the 25th. Standard studios are pretty hard to come by right now. The only available nights are the 19 and 20th in a standard studio.
