Only partial stays are available during you requested time. A 1 bedroom is available from the 8 -13 is all that is more than a single day. 140 points for that length of stay 5 nights.

I am new to renting DVC points, but certainly not new to Disney! We go to Disneyworld every couple of years and love it. I LOVE the idea of DisneyVacation Club and renting points. We are going on November 25, but will be spending two nights in Universal.
We are looking for November 27 - December 5 in either a studio or 1 bedroom villa (that sleeps 5). (4 adults and 1 child)
I'm hoping for BWV, Beach Club, Grand Floridian, or BLT but am open to any resort. Please let me know if we can rent from you.

There is no availability for that time period - Halloween is a huge event at Disney. All that was available was a single night during you 4 night request at SSR.

There is availability in a garden view - 78 points for the complete stay at BWV.

All views are available for a 1x1 unit - 130 for standard, 160 for an upgraded garden or boardwalk view.

No way to manage them if something changes and the value of the points go up each year.

BWV - Pool view or Boardwalk view - Fri/Sat night- 20 pts, Sun - Thus 17 pts. Standard view is 3 points less.

9-14th is 5 nights at 17pts - 85 total points. You can mix and match the standard view and move 3 nights at 14 points in a standard view and do a boardwalk view for 2 nights at 17points - 42 + 34 = 76 points.

Understand a standard view is a view of the parking lot in most cases.

The 11th through the 13 has one studio open at Saratoga Springs. It will go fast.
30 points at 17 = $510.
