Points For Rent: BCV Home Resort $10 per point

I have 310 points available for rent. My home resort is Beach Club Villa and I can check any availability there for up to 11 months or any of the other resorts for up to 7 months.

I'm asking $10 per point. After the reservation is made, I accept payment via either PayPal or cashier check (half down). The balance due on receipt of confirmation letter.

I have rented several times and I'd be happy to provide you with references.

Hi Bobbie,

I'm sorry but I own only at Beach Club Villas so I'm only able to check there for a date so far out. You can only check at your home resort 11 months out all others can only be checked for 7 months out. Since you are 11 months out, the only people that would be able to help you now are people that own at Animal Kingdom Lodge or Bay Lake Towers now. Sorry I couldn't help you!

Hi Lisa,

I called DVC and I couldn't find any availability starting anywhere until February 17th until the 25th at Saratoga Springs. Saratoga Springs is very nice, I stayed there a little over a year ago. Would you like it?

I called DVC and they have a studio available at either Old Key West or Saratoga Springs for those dates. The points for Old Key West are 153 and for Saratoga Springs, they are 177. Would either of those resorts work?

I just called and checked for you and unfortunately, there weren't any 2 bedrooms at any of the DVC resorts for those dates. They did have them for some dates between February 14th - 19th but not the whole block. Do you want me to check another size room or are your dates flexible? The hard part of those dates are the 14th and 15th.

DVC reservations can only be made 11 months out - so I can make a reservation starting December 16th. I can check for you when the 11 month window becomes available if you'd like.
