Please furnish the following so I can check availability for you:

Your top two preferred resorts, (but please let me know if you will consider other resorts, so I can check during the same phone call)
your check in date,
the number of nights you will stay at disney,
the size unit,
and the number of adults and children (ages of children needed) in your party.

Always good to be flexible with your dates or resorts, as availability dwindles with each phone call to Member Services!
