we are experienced renters ultimately looking for a 2 bedroom at bcv from may 23-30. i know bcv isnt one of ur home resorts. In the past, we have reserved at a resort, then the member called for a switch at the 7month mark for us. I was wondering if we could rent a 2 bedroom at bwv with you, and then at the 7 month mark, if you would be willing to call member services to see if a 2 bedroom or 2 studios would be available at bcv? And if neither is available, we would just stay at bwv!! If so, what are your payment terms? Of the 8 times I have rented, 7 of those times the member took a 25-30% deposit when the ressie was confirmed, then the balance was due between 90 and 120 days out. How do you work it?

Hi,we are looking for Nov 3 - Nov 7, 2012 first choice would be Beach Club, then, Boardwalk, BLT, or AKV. All studio, for 2 Adults Tracy and Jay and 1 Child 7 Georgia.

Hi Judy,
The only thing I could find with all nights is the Nov 2-5
at SSR in either a studio for 46 points or a one bedroom for 89 points.
There were a few random nights at other resorts, but not for all 3 and hardly anything at all the following weekend.

I have 90 points for rent with Aug 2012 Use Yr. and 200+ with Oct. use yr.
$11 per point. Home resorts are BWV, HHI, & OKW. Can book anywhere else 7 months out.

Have rented several times here and can provide references.

36 points is for a Value studio and only the last night is available.
There is a standard view studio available for 44 points or savanna view for 56 points.
