Cancellation policy for paid in full reservations
1- 29 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $11 per point
30 - 54 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $9 per point
55 - 89 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $7 per point
90 -180 days prior to arrival total rental amount minus $4 per point
6 - 11 months prior to arrival months total rental amount minus $2 per point

Prefer Riviera, but also open to AK. Also, I would like to know how many actual points my stay would be. Do you base it off the point system on the Disney World website?

Have you had success with securing a missing night with the waitlist? What would be your policy if the missing night did not come through?

I secure the room first using the waitlist and then you would make payment in full or monthly. I use the waitlist quite often, and it works well.
