Points for Rent: 16 pts (more avail.) $10/pt Must be used by 1/31/11

I have available 16 points which can be used at any resort. If you need more I can use next year's points to complete your stay (Up to 70 points.) Points must be used by 1/31/11.

Please provide dates and resort, what size of accommodation and how many people.

Payment to be paid through certified check or Paypal (if paying by Paypal, it will be an additional 3% more to cover their fees.)

hi! we are looking to stay at saratoga jan 6-10 (race weekend). friends that we are traveling with are staying there as well so dates/resort are specific. i believe my friend said it was 56 points for a studio @ saratoga.

also, although ive stayed dvc before, ive never rented points...we usually book thru friends.....im a little nervous....could you explain how this works? thanks so much!!!

I'm looking for 78 points to rent 2 studio (preferred view) rooms at the Boardwalk Villas for 3 nights (Oct. 26, 27 and 28). There will be 2 adults in each room. I have rented before and can use paypal.

Hi Dopeysgirl -

The best way to explain the rental proess is that I kind of act as your travel agent. You tell me the dates, resort & room you want & I call DVC to see if it is available. If they are you pay me for the points you need for the reservation & I make the reservation for you. I would also have to make any additional reservations you needed (like Magical Express) although you can make your own dining reservations. I checked the 2011 points chart for Saratoga Springs. For Jan. 6-10 the points needed are 56.

I just talked with DVC - they do have a studio available for the dates you requested. Also, apparently the points charts online are wrong. It would only be 56 points (sorry for the confusion.) Let me know if you are interested.

December 5th - 9th (5 nights, departing on Friday, December 6th)
We have two adults and two girls...a 5 year old that has never been to Disney.

Can you please check available and confirm the number of points for this stay? I think it is 45 total pts.

Hi Kim,

I hope that you are doing well, I just wanted to quickly check to see if you still had points available? We are looking to travel in January 2011, Checking in on Sat. the 22nd, Checking out on Sat. the 29th. It would just be two of us, so a studio would work perfectly. Ideally we would like to be in a Value Studio @ Animal Kingdom, to help our trip costs low. However we could probably swing any of the following if you could check availability for me.

1.) AKV (Value Studio) - 69 Pts.
2.) BWV (Standard Studio) - 76 Pts.
3.) AKV (Standard Studio) - 81 Pts.

We have rented points before, are familiar with the contracts and process, and love staying through DVC members. Not to mention it would provide us with some peace of mind knowing we are dealing with someone semi-locally, as we are from NC also (Apex/Raleigh Area Specifically). I look forward to hearing back from you soon, and thanks in advance for your help with points and information! I don't own DVC so I have no idea how the point system works. I'm planning a trip to Disney Beach Club for the end of October 2010. If I purchased your points, how does that work towards my stay.
(i.e how many points is a week at Disney Beach Club - 1 Bedroom going to cost me total) I'm actually planning on going for 10 days..tentatively arriving 10/28/10 and leaving 11/6 or 11/7
