I have 141 points for rent or transfer that need to be used by May 31, 2009. Asking $10.00 per point. References and contract. We have rented to several people who will offer glowing references. We havea contract to protect you also.

We would be interested in 111 BWV (standard studio) or 110 AKV (standard studio) or 109 OKW (studio) at a $10 rate. We would be interested in 123 SSR (studio) at a $9 rate.

Our dates are Monday April 20 to Monday April 27 2009.

The reason for the $9 request is that I am trying to stay under $1200 for the week. My husband wants to stay at a townhouse in Windsor Hills and I would like to stay on property again. Do you charge the 12.5% tax when renting points? If not, we would consider 123 SSR for $10 if no one else buys them.

Iknow that I said that I would check today but I was in a little car accident (not hurt and not my fault) but it took time to deal with it. I will check tomorrow. Please let me know if you are still interested. Would you like a one bedroom if i cannot get a studio.

Hi, I'm new to this. We we're looking for an additional 60 points for a stay in January 09 to upgrade from a studio to one bedroom. Is this doable if we we're to add your points to our current reservation (assuming a 1 BDRM is available?). Thanks!
