Points for Exchange Question

If I request a Hawaii exchange now for March 2003, using my 2003 points (available each February), would I be able to borrow from 2004 if my 2003 points weren't enough? Thanks.

Yes, those would be available then. We left our Hawaii exchange very open ended as to time and location and were able to get a 1 Bedroom 2 bath exchange for 160 points.
