Points borrowing

I need to borrow points from 2011 for my trip next December. My 2010 annual dues are paid in full. Will I have to pay the Annual dues for those points I borrow or will I pay for them next year like usual.

No. You will pay the 2011 dues in 2011. They don't pre-bill you when you borrow.
