Point Transfer?

I'm a few points short for an Aug 08 reservation; I'll be using the 7mth window and plan to stay at OKW.

I've transferred points to another member before but it's been awhile ago.

Is there anything I need to be careful of?

The points that transfer in have to be current right?

How long does it take before I can make a reservation using those points?

What information will I need to provide for the member transferring the points?

You can only do one transfer in or out of your account per year so choose wisely. And you have to find someone willing to do a very small transfer to you in the first place.

I just talked to MS today about this question. All they need to transfer points to you is your name and member number.

I had points transferred to me last year and was able to make a reservation immediately upon the points hitting my account. It was instant.
