Point transfer question

Hi,
I just want to make sure I understand point transfers correctly.
I need a large number of points transfered to my account for a 2010 family reunion reservation. I know you can only have one transfer per use year, so does this mean if I get x amount transferred to my 2009 or 2010 account I can also get the rest from someone else with a 2011 year transferred into my 2011 account and then borrow them for the 2010 reservation? I hope this makes sense.

Unfortunately, you can't borrow transferred points.

As mentioned, you cannot borrow transferred points so it won't do you any good to get something transferred to your 2011 use year.

However you can bank transferred points, so you could have someone transfer points into your 2009 use year and then bank them into 2010, and you can also have someone transfer points to your 2010 use year.

You can also borrow any of your own 2011 points into your 2010 use year.

There are a number of members who have lots of points. Maybe you can find someone willing to transfer all you need and not have to get points from multiple members. Some members will also offer a lower price for a large transfer of points.

Thanks to you both for the replies. I am hoping to get all of the points from one member but wanted to cover all my bases just in case. I did not know you couldn't borrow transferred points.
