I currently own 200 points at SSR but am realizing that based on future planning I would need atleast 30 points more (loving those 1 bedrooms!!). Can I do an add just 30 points or does disney require a larger point number for add ons? And if I can do this, can I request it to be with my same UY. I would probably just go thru disney.

Also, how do I find out how to locate my DVC sales personas I never saved any of the e-mails with his phone number?

Thank you

You can add on with a minimum of 25 points. So, you can do 30 point add-on but can only finance through Disney if you add on more than 50. I don't think there are any incentives for add on's at that level.

Whenever you go through Disney, your UY will always be the same as what you have.

I would just call Disney and tell them that you can't remember who your guide is. I am sure that they have the information for you.

Good luck!

Adding on is very easy. The minimum add on is 25 points. Add ons up to 50 points cannot be financed. Beyond 50, you can finance if you choose to do so. Also, you can add any amount of points, so if you wanted to add on 31, you could do that. For a small amount of points, adding on through Disney is smart, as you won't have to pay closing costs. And lasty, you will get the same UY, unless you're adding on 160 points or more and specifically request a different UY. Even if I were buying through resale, I would stick with the same UY, unless you really hate yours and are looking for some additional flexibility.

As for finding your guide, I would call MS and ask them who your guide is and how to reach him/her. I just looked out on the MS website, and didn't see my guide or his information. However, on the Disney.com, it says to call (800) 500-3990. I'm sure they can connect you with your guide if you know who your guide is.

I completely understand...I love those 1-BRs, too!!! :cloud9:
