Point chart for non DVC WDW resorts?

I cant find these, but have heard you can use your points to stay at other resorts...I know its not as good of a deal as having the villas, but there are still resorts we would like to maybe stay at

Keep in mind there is a $95 reservation fee for non-DVC resorts at WDW.

A friend of mine who uses FW campgrounds on points heard that they are waiving the fee for the campsites, considering they only cost $55 rack rate. Check with member services.
