We'd like to go to WCC one night from our resort.

Would we take the bus over to MK and take the boat over to WL? I would think it would be longer to take a bus straight over to WL or not?

Yes, take the bus to MK and then the boat to WL.

I would second the bus to MK, boat to WL route.

Also, keep in mind that there are no resort-to-resort buses. They only go from resort-to-park or vice versa. Sometimes you can play the routes a little and take a bus from your resort to a park and get off at a different resort, if your bus picks up people from other resorts. But rest assured that a bus from Port Orleans, going anywhere, will not be stopping at WL first, given how far apart the two resorts are.

Normally, it's best to assume you cannot get from one resort to another via a direct bus.
