POFQ to Grand Floridian

So we are staying at POFQ. One morning we are having breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. So do we take bus to MK then take monorail or boat? Or do we hop on the Epcot bus and take the monorail? Or do we take which ever bus comes first. I'm thinking the last choice, but if we take the MK bus is it quicker to take the boat or monorail? I feel like the monorail from MK is quite long after a long bus ride. Is the Epcot way better or is the switch over at the TTC a pain. Any suggestions are welcome.

I find it easier to take the MK bus and then the monorail over to GF in the morning.

I agree with taking the bus to the Magic Kingdom and when you arrive there take the Resort Monorail to the Grand Floridian.

Now besides the Resort Monorail just before you see the ramp which leads to it there is also a boat from the Magic Kingdom which goes to the Grand Floridian. So you have a second option for getting there and it might be faster because the Resort Monorail will stop at the Contemporary, Transportation & Ticket Center and Polynesian before it arrives at the Grand Floridian.
