pofq - Standard room ??

Hi all

Quick question for y'all who've been to FQ several times

Booked a standard room for an upcoming overnight stay. Which bldngs would have standard rooms? Do all bldngs have them? Or only the further out ones -- like bldng.#5, are they only perferred rooms since that is one of the closest bldngs?? Or can I request that bldg with a stndard room?

I know even the furthest out bldngs are a short walk (was in bldng.1 on my one and only FQ stay so far) , but I'd love to be closer to the pool if possible.

POFQ standard rooms are a parking lot view. Every building to my knowlege has standard view rooms.

This is the same standard view at all the moderate resorts. There are trees/shrubs/flowers so its not a barren parking lot view.

Since there are no private balconies or patios at the moderate resorts -- its not worth it to pay extra for a water view.

Here is a map of the resort. Building 5 is close to the pool and has a parking lot behind the building.

I was actually thinking about bldng.2(not 5 as I had thought) but would that have standard rooms?? I had been in bldng.1 as I had mentioned and had a standard room but it was actually a courtyard view as it was on the opposite side from the parking lot -- would that same view from bldng.2 be standard rooms being that it doesn't actually have the parking behind it? It looks to be right smack in the middle of the resort.

standard views can also have a courtyard view. When I stayed at POFQ, POR & CBR, our standard views faced courtyards, we've never faced the parking lot. Any room that doesn't have a water view (lake, river or pool) is standard view.
