The only reason I would pick SSR would be for the extra hours, other than that, our family finds the theme at SSR, blah and would much rather stay at either of the PO resorts over SSR or OKW for that matter. You still have boat access to DS and you can walk over to POR to use their amenities. I believe SSR is the 2nd largest resort as far as size (OKW is 1st), not sure if that makes any difference, because I know I hear a lot of gripping about POR size and yet it's smaller than both of those. LOL

We like hanging at Disney Springs so SSR’s proximity to all that action, food and shopping is great.
