As it is only available to those that have completed their online check-in, if I had to guess, they would message you if there was an issue granting a room request?

So where do you get your parking pass and will the packet of info they give you be in the room already? While Mousekeeping is good it is hit or miss if there are the flyers and resort info in the room each time.

Hope this works and I get a text while on DME that my room is ready at POP and just go to my room. This has the potential of being very cool.

We are staying at POFQ July 11-20 and we are getting the bracelets delivered to us before we go. I did the hotel check in a few weeks ago and they asked for all of the information that would allow us to do this such as a pin number for purchases, text communication for our room preparation, etc. Is that normal or is it because I am staying at POFQ and maybe we will also get this testing?

Maybe I am in the minority, but I actually like checking in at the front desk! The CMs are always so welcoming and kind....I feel like it is my welcome home. I think i would miss that if i was just walking straight to my room!

Sounds like we'll be able to take advantage of this when we check in at POFQ on June 25th! Hopefully our room will be ready and we can head straight to the room when we step off the bus.

The last time we went, the parking lot attendant just scanned our magic band instead of looking at our parking pass.

No, that's normal. Not saying you won't be chosen, but your experience is the same as it has been.

Of course, almost every time we have set up charging or a pin it's never saved and we have to do it over. So I am not holding out hope that this will be seamless. Though I also do think it's what their intentions were. Just have no faith they are ready for it.

I doubt they would contact you to say they couldn't grant a room request since a request is not a guarantee.
