Hey everyone I hope you are all having a good weekend?

I was trying to dig up some weeds in the garden so they don't grow as much! I'd just started and when I looked down I saw a small brown thing run into the hedge, I looked down at where it had come from and saw an even smaller pink thing lying there wiggling! I looked closer and it was a baby of some sort - about an inch long with it's eyes still closed. I didn't want it left there so I carefully picked it up and put it down in the hedge where the mum had gone. A few mintues later a mouse stuck it's head out and went back to where I had been digging (I'd moved away not wanting to do any more damage!). It started digging down and came back out with another little pink thing - baby mouse! and it did this a few more times. I felt really bad about making them have to evacuate so I put out some fruit and nuts near where they went into the hedge - I hope they will be ok

Hubby needed his passport for work and we have been searching high and low for it. Finally found everyone's and decided to start putting aside some things for the cruise as we find them. So far, passports, Mickey ears, lanyards, over the door organizer and fish extender are packed. Woo Hoo!!!!

Set aside, yes. Notebook with plans, yes. FE, yes.

Haven't started packing. Have to buy new luggage, which will have to wait until after post-cruise hotel is paid.

I haven't even decided on which pieces of luggage I am using. I have one outfit ready to go, but that's about it...I still have two trips to the world before I have to start packing for the cruise....

Went with DP to see "Eat. Pray. Love." over the weekend. I didn't really care for it. It was super long, and I kinda think watching paint dry would have been more exciting and a better plot line.

In 16 weeks, we will be either creating a ruckus in Wavebands, turning in for out first night aboard the ship, or taking in the sea air as we sail through the Florida Straits.

What do you plan on doing your first night aboard the ship?

Paint dry, huh...must have been sooo exciting.

First night of PCC? Plan to play it by ear. Depends what the crew has planned for us. May need that first night to rest up for the next few days.:goodvibes

I don't expect them to have anything planned for this late at night. (But you never know.)

I remember dancing in Wavebands. I even have a photo of a stranger (even though a lot of DISers were strangers at this point, she wan't a DISer) getting a little racier than PG-13 with me.....

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: I started packing some bits after May last year  But only because those things live in the empty suitcases (not passports and stuff, just all those odds and ends we only use on holiday!)

Shame about the movie! I'll not rush to see it :goodvibes

Wavebands sounds good, at least with us being at the later dinner seating we can find out where everyone is heading. We missed that a bit on PCC1.0 I don't really care what we do or where we do it - just gonna be happy to be on the boat :sail: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Good Morning Everyone!! Happy Monday!!!
(Does that sound cheery enough for a Monday)

I hope everyone had a good weekend.

I will start gathering things after my Labor Day Trip to WDW & my October Trip to Birmingham. At that time, I will start a crate with items for the trip.

Dodie and I saw Eat Pray Love last week too...it was alright, but not what I expected. But I do agree with you about it being long...there were parts that I thought would never end...:rotfl:

I have no idea what our plans will be that first night. Guess I'll just wing it...this will be Mom's first cruise where she will actually be able to have a good time!

I've got an awful headache. I slept last night, but it must have been in a weird position or something. Took some Excedrin so here's hoping the headache goes away...I've got too much to do around here...

Hi Everyone,

Just checking in. It's been a busy past few weeks. 12 days until the Indy Meet. Hope to see some of you there. :)

I spent some of the day yesterday at crazydisneyman's (Chris) Daughter's 3rd Birthday Party. Had a good time. You should all know Chris has a countdown white board in his kitchen. It said 108 days yesterday until they leave for PC 2.0. :)
BTW - Chris had 3 pieces of Cars birthday cake! ;)

The Wine & Dine 5K is fast approaching as well. Looking forward to the run through the Magic Kingdom. During the week of Sept. 29th - Oct. 6th I'll be at WDW and plan on roaving; looking for updates, stories, etc for the blog and wdwinfo.com. Plus I'll be posting live photos and updates on the DIS and Facebook. We are having a rather large DIS Meet on Sunday, Oct. 3rd at the Poly's Tambu Lounge (2nd Floor GCH) if any of you are interested in joining us. :)

OMGravy - so sweet of you! Always a good thing to love a Mouse! ;)

Thx for the review - I won't bother with it, and maybe it'll eventually make it low on the netflix queue.

I don't really care what we do or where we do it - just gonna be happy to be on the boat :sail: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

:thumbsup2 I know we will be staying up late somewhere - can you imagine Wavebands with 800 or even 300 people in it? :cheer2: :cheer2:

I've got an awful headache. I slept last night, but it must have been in a weird position or something. Took some Excedrin so here's hoping the headache goes away...I've got too much to do around here...

Hope it clears up for you soon, Brandie pixiedust:

cheers,

I've been doing the same thing, little by little. I have passports, notebook, multiple lists of things to buy and pack, 1 new outfit, and still organizing my lanyards...not sure what pins I want to wear down for trading. We have Mickey Ears, but thinking of buying Christmas ones. STILL have to make the FE....and I think we need one more set of luggage..waiting for my daughter to get up into the attic and pull things down to see what we have.

I haven't heard any good things about "Eat. Pray. Love."..don't think I'll bother to see it.

First night on the ship??? Don't know....I guess I'll wait and see what is going on....more than likely, we will be touring the ship and finding out where things are.....is our first night a scheduled dinner or does that start on the next night?
