Yes !!!! Finally some rain !!!! We need it so badly here, we are nearly in a drought...let's hope it's a good soaking.

I think we are going to cave to the pressure and not leave right after we get off the ship. It looks like a Saturday PM departure for us which will let us join the group for DATW and the other fun.

We're also talking about not taking our 5 day cruise on the Dream in June and going on the California ABD trip instead. We're still on the fence about this one.

Always knew you were are smart guy Scott. :thumbsup2

:goodvibes

Good Morning!!! Happy Thursday (Or Friday Eve!!!)

T minus 71 hours until its time to get Muddy, Chicagoland style.:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Good luck Todd - hope you have a muddy time :goodvibes

Woohoo - it's Friday :cool1: :cool1:

Finally! Have a great day everyone, looking forward to the weekend :thumbsup2

Was so tired last night that I went to bed at 9:00!
Woke up early at 5:00 and read the boards.
Thread about the plussed up ABD trips makes me curious. And slightly interested. But it is hard to justify or pay for an ABD trip so soon after my fabulous two week trip this December.
(I am even more curious about people who manage multiple Disney trips every year. And the some who also add ABD trips. This is when I realize that I am so out of my league hanging around here! Even odder would be if I actually managed to find a way to go on an ABD trip...)

Time to get out for the morning walk!

Good morning, all!

Most people who go multiple times during a year own DVC & have a AP to the parks, so they have prepaid for their rooms with their DVC Buy-in and are only spending points towards their room. So their only expense is food & travel. Extras like ABD & the cruise can be paid for through DVC, but most think these are better purchased out of pocket. ABD would be considered a once in a lifetime type trip for most.

Friday!

Looking faroward to a good weekend.

Tonight, the play/musical, "Always, Patsy Cline".
Saturday, Shakespeare's "Pericles", one play of his I have never seen.
Sunday, probably a nice long bike ride.

Now, if I can just get through today with our other full-time person on vacation and our five hour volunteer off taking care of her father.

No doubt we are lucky to have a very good family income which supports our habit. Things really kicked up a notch when we joined DVC. Once you view your stay as "free" have and have an annual pass self control becomes very hard. We never go at peak season and always plan our travels around airline deals which keeps costs down. Now our cruise addiction is another story...

:banana:OH! OH!

I ordered my park tickets Wednesday and they arrived today! :goodvibes
