Disney price increases have me somewhat bothered this morning, but hey...We Go On...Right?

I bought my eight day ticket last week. May add extra days or hopper in December.

Ticket increases and now Le Cellier going to 2TS credits for dinner. Booooooooo!!!

Oh, well. I hadn't been able to book there for December, any way.

I am going to Quebec this weekend. I can get "real" poutine. I can make my own cheddar soup. I will manage.

I heard this, and I don't think Le Cellier is worth 2 TS credits, but this is just my opinion!

I agree with you on this Katherine. They would have to improve the food & the service quite a bit before I would consider 2TS credits for a meal there.

Followed Tracey's advice and checked my Southwest flights a few minutes ago. Got another $40 to add to our credit.

Glad you were able to get another credit on your flight. I checked mine again no change on two, the third went up $50. Current sale on SW ends tomorrow, so watch for new prices to come out by Tuesday of next week. (best day to buy airfare is usually on a Tuesday, as that is when they release new price updates.)

Crazily busy day at work today, this is my first time getting on the boards today. I am glad my co-worker comes back off of Vacation tomorrow. His work load + mine have kept me very busy for the past week & a half.

We had a scorcher of a day today. 102 degrees with a Heat Index making it feel like 112 degrees. The only saving grace was there was a slight breeze. This was a big contrast over the weather on this day last year when I saw my car underwater.

I haven't had a problem with it since the flood, so I count myself lucky. Looking back now, the flood happening when it did was a blessing in disguise, as had it happened the other three times the water rose in the Viaduct last summer, I would have had nothing after the flood as my car would have been totaled since it was a 10 year old car.

Wow - total opposite to last year! I'm glad things worked out with your car. Have they done anything to prevent that area flooding again?

They said they have worked on the drainage system during the last year. I think they just worked in buildings trying to prevent backflow from the sewage system into the buildings, since 100 buildings suffered damage during the flood. Our campus is built around Viaducts that are meant to control heavy rains, but last year we got 8 inches of rain in an Hour & a half and there was no where for the water to go - thus we had the Great Flood of 2009. The viaduct system did it's job 3 other times during the summer last year.

I have a brother coming in from out of town. Lots of golf is on the agenda for this weekend. We also have a family meeting to discuss how we are going to handle Don "Squishy" Puckett. I can't give any details, just know we have to keep it within "The Family." And...Shhh. Don't tell him.

This is my last full day in the country this week!

Going to St George, Quebec to visit partner's brother tomorrow for four days. We will be bicycling on their fantastic bike paths. I hope to get to Quebec City, but that might not happen.
