hi cruisers so as a little conversation starter, i want everyone to tell me what they wear on board the ship (if you have been before) or what you plan on wearing. i'm not fashion obsessed at all, promise, i'm just a pragmatic gal and i have no idea what to expect. yes yes i know it's a year away ... but you understand, right? just another way to get excited!

Let's see...Tiara Todd had his grampa Joe look going on before his dapper dinner wear , and Alicia brought 14 (or 18 ) pairs of shoes, but o/w I didn't notice any fashionistas Oh, oh, oh....a few had some serious collections of mumu's

For us, mostly shorts and casual tops during the day. I put on dresses for dinners and since we had late seating DH & I just hung out in our dinner clothes all evening.

Not sure - but for Orlando it could be, so maybe on the way out and the way back (esp. if the ship is going fast - do you remember how breezy it was in the hot tub the first night )

Maybe with Gav whispering sweet nothin's in your ear it just felt like the air was blowing thru your hair either that or Gav was making bubbles again

We sail on the Magic one week from tomorrow. I have so much to get done before then.

Have a fab trip Scott; your family really deserves some magical time away

As much as I would love to go on in January 2011 on the Dream, I don't think it would be possible.

I think we should sent a proxy. An investigator. Someone who can get us the answers we need.

Anybody fit this description? Hmmmm....

Who do we know that we can ask a question to about DCL?

Doing the same. The DAP thread has been keeping me busy. We sail on the Magic one week from tomorrow. I have so much to get done before then.

Tell her good luck! Who does she cheer with? I have a friend that moved to Jersey about 2 years ago and her girls were cheering with another gym up there (World Cup). Here's some videos from our gym although none of my girls are in them.

We have always traveled in Aug/Sept timeframe so it's still summer clothes for us. I'm kinda wondering about Dec. too

I would agree that Todd and Alicia were the most fashionistic people (is that a word - it should be) but most people were dressed like you'd see in the parks - didn't pay much attention myself.
There is Pirate night tho so you can dress for that

Just read all 31 pages! You guys, mostly Becx, have been quite busy!!!

Good morning cruisers!

How many of you are PCC 2.0 people that are not doing DAP this December? I am looking for people who will be keeping me company "at home".

We won't be going to DAP!

As of right now, I am not doing DAP. My son turns 5 that weekend and I would have too much guilt if I left him during his birthday.

I too would like to try it one day, as I would like to eventually do/see everything I can (in WDW and out).

Jason and I are very close to trying about 80% of the restaurants at Disney, but they are always coming out with new ones! I guess that is good though!

They are yummy They also did prawn cocktail flavour too - not my favourite I prefer Skips

Ummmmm....what exactly is a prawn cocktail flavor chip?!?! Is that like a shrimp horseradish and ketchup flavor? That is what I thought of anyways!

Ok, so I tried to watch the episode of Time Shift about the ocean liners, but unfortunately we don't get to use the BBC player in the states. That show looks awesome though! I did YouTube Time Shift and watched an interesting show about TV dinners .

Hmmm, how to describe prawn cocktail - it's kind of a sweet yet salty flavour, not very prawny (couldn't tell you if they were like prawn horsradish but I don't eat fish - but yeah a ketchup sweetness) we also have scampi fries which are fishy - but not sure if you guys would have scampi

Loved all the pics, we only saw the left bit of Nassau - not sure why we never made it to the other side of the ship that day

WDW Radio four night cruise aboard the Disney Dream will be February 27 - March 3, 2011.

I am sure it will be a great group of Disney fans.
I am sure Lou Mongello will have some fantastic "extras".

But it is too soon after our PCC 2.0 for me to be off on another cruise.

To the people reading this thread who are going on PCC 2.0 - How often do you goin on a cruise? Some of you seem pretty excited about the new ship. How soon after PCC 2.0 will you be ready for another cruise?
