My weekend plans are to get ready for my trip to Disneyland next week!

Yes - twice as a kid (I won't say how long ago!), and in 1998, 2000, 2003, 2006, and 2010. I wasn't planning to return so soon, but my daughter alerted me about a great airfare from Chicago. I'll arrive next Tuesday and spend 3 days at the parks.

I really want to go back. I think in 2013 we might go out there for the D23 expo and do the parks since Cars Land will be fully complete.

We'd love to go in 2013 too - DH and DD have nver been to DL and I was there once in 2001. I'd love to DL, then do the Pacific Coast cruise and an Alaskan cruise. Seems that may be a costly option - we'll see. Who knows what will even be offered in 2013!

That is an idea, a Pacific coast cruise. That sounds like a wonderful trip!

I stayed at Pop last year, I liked it....but I like AS Music more....that's DBF's favorite place, so when I go with him, that's where we stay...and I agree with you...all we need is place to sleep and shower...the values work for us. Did you get the free dining?

I have been to AS Sports before as well as Boardwalk and Beach Club. While the Beach Club was amazing, I just can't get past the money. I am an annual pass holder, but did sign up for free dining, because the person coming with me is not an AP holder. For us it worked out to the same rate as we were paying for the room and quick service dining plan with no discounts. Only now we each have a two day park ticket. I will save mine for next year's annual pass and my friend will upgrade his to a five day ticket when we get there. It saves him almost $200 for this trip. It will save me money on a future trip. However, the two snack credits per day will save me a ton of cash at Food and Wine.

I'm also heading back in December, by myself, for the Disapalooza event. I'll be staying one night at the Poly, the room is free based on the unsatisfactory service we had at the Boardwalk before PCC 2.0. Then I will be moving to Pop for the rest of my trip. I will also be heading to Give Kids the World while I am down in December with some other Disers. Very excited for both trips.

Sounds awesome...I'd like to visit GKTW sometime....I hope you like the Poly...we stayed there for 2 nights before PCC 2.0..loved it...it was so convienent to have the monorail right there.

I'd like to return when the DCA projects are finished, but I'm sure it will be several years down the road.

Over Veterans Day. Only going to be at DLH for 3 nights. Still working out touring plans. Figuring one night we will eat at Napa Rose, and WOC another night, but that's really the extent of my park planning.

I know that feeling !! It will last for awhile....in my mind, I'm still in WDW...and I've been back for almost 2 weeks.

We were planning on closing the pool this weekend, but it looks like it's going to be raining, so it will have to be put off...so I can back to my orginal plan of just resting.
