We were on the Inaugural DCL Alaska Cruise ... did not need jackets for the vast majority of the cruise. Then again, we had PERFECT weather in San Francisco, Victoria AND Vancouver as well!

BTW, make sure you are in Quite Cove during Tracy Arms Fjords (there was an unannounced Salmon Bake for our cruise). Also, ORDER THE ELK when it's on the menu! It has the be the best tasting meat I have ever had!

Thanks, Steve - but I'll be on a Holland America cruise. I've cruised to Alaska before, and I tend to spend a lot of time out on deck - where it's COLD when the ship is moving!

Ahh,, understood (HAL). No matter ... I was on deck 4, as well as 9 & 10 (Disney Wonder) ... still did not need a jacket (most of the time). We had beautiful weather!

Good morning everyone from the UK. Well it is 04:40 I'm on the nightshift at work. London is expected to hit a crazy 30 degrees today that's 86 fahrenheit. We go back to a more normal 68 fahrenheit tomorrow.

Good morning! I am trying to resist booking another trip to Disney in March with the new FD offer released today. I am doing my darndest but the dates line up so perfectly with my daughters birthday and spring break. If I book it will be WDW in 15 days, DL in DEC. and then WDW in March. That's Disney 3 times in a 8 month period.

Wow, that's an extreme change in temp. changes in a 24 hour period. We never really have weather in the 60's or 70's here, it's always below zero or hot and humid.

It's not unusual for there to be a big temperature change in the UK. Being on an island we get hit by weather from all over the place. Summer is usually in the 60 and 70s yesterdays weather was a heat wave for us. Of course things went back to normal today with it raining for most of the day.

I now need to educate them on using the dining plan, fast passes and park planning since I normally mange that for them.

Tomorrow at this time, I will (hopefully) be on a plane heading to Seattle for my Alaska cruise! I can't wait to wear a jacket again!

If I remember correctly, we received ours about 6 weeks ago. We also just received our packet for podCast 4.0 (Disney Magic, December 2012) a few days ago. Isn't it nice how eloquent DCL can be, when they remind you that $$$ is owed?
