Thanks Becx. My knee has been a mess since planting the garden, so I will be taking it very slow.

I know what you mean, every time I do some gardening I ache the next day :sad2: Don't over do it, something is better than nothing :thumbsup2

I think in your case, it is just "older".
You are hardly old!

Nah, he's old

Ooooop's, hope I don't get an asterix or something :flower3:

I was just wondering  (and I know the cruise is 173 days away) if anyone has thought about putting together some 2.0 merchandise (tees, bags, cups, etc) that cruisers could purchase?

I put together something like this for our HalloWonder cruise last October using a site called Cafe Press. Here is a link to some of the items I designed for that cruise (HalloWonder).

I would be willing to put a 'store' together for the 2.0 cruise if this is something that people are interested in and if we there is a logo or design that we can agree on.

Thoughts?

I love that design, it's fab :goodvibes I think as Todd has said we're waiting to see the 'official' logo, but we can always have more :thumbsup2

:rotfl: Are you trying to pull me over to the dark side.....:rotfl:

I've seen that thread but since I haven't read the books I've been a little hesitant to participate. I'd have to go through remedial discussion training first. LOL!

I haven't read them either (sorry Jen) :duck:

Are they really scary? I do prefer a scary vampire story :goodvibes

I haven't read the books either . . .

Tonya & Brandie indoctrinated me into the world of Twilight - Though it took me 4 months after the initial brainwashing at the 2009 Indy Meet to finally read the books.

They are a very good Love Story with a little Vampire/Wolf rivalry mixed in.

(My opinion the books are much better than the movies - but that is usually the case when books are turned into movies)

Thanks, I totally agree that books are usually better than the movie. I love Stephen King but some really good books have been made into awful movies :sad2:

I agree, the books are so much better than the movies, so far anyway!

See, that's what happens - I see the movie trailer and go "yuck" and don't give the books a fair shake.

Think I'll have to get book #1 and give it a try - :coffee:

Tis a sad day in DIS history when page 106 of the PCC2.0 thread turned into a glittery feathery Twilight page. :sad2:

What have I started...I'm going to get kicked out for sidetracking the cruise thread before I even get to be a wife or a lady in waiting....:rotfl:

My many apologies folks. I will move on over to the twilight thread (and possibly read the books...)

:goodvibes That's what this tread is for - it goes all over the place, some ways it should never go :sad2:

Well I know one thing....I MUST be in need of vaca because I'm getting no work done today. I haven't spent this much time on the boards in a LONG time. Just don't tell my boss. :rotfl:

Now George you know we have to interject a bit of Estrogen just to begin to compete with all the Testosterone that gets on these threads...

I seem to remember an awful lot of back and forth on the DAP threads last year ;)

Hmm, I'm not a wife, real or imagined, but I am a member of Todd's Ladies in Waiting, as well. And Theresa's cougar club thingie. And I didn't know I could rock a green fluffy tiara until DATW.

Oh, and lastly, Val unofficially adopted me somewhere on the way to Germany. ;)

I guess that makes you another of my step-daughters. :3dglasses

Oh, yum!

The local rrestaurant is celebrating its 50th birthday with different specials all month long.

Tonight was lobster rolls for just $5.00. Better than the one I paid $12 for this weekend!

I bought three to split between dinner and lunch tomorrow. Wish I had bought more!

My iSomething moment.

I was listening to my iPod in the car on the way home from my weekend trip. Unplugged it from the car, brought my weekend duffle, etc. upstairs. And now I can't find the little green iPod! :scared1:
And I have downloaded some really good podcasts!

i just found my GPS that I took with me to DAP. Thought I had left it in the rental car, of course I bought its replacement two weeks earlier :headache:

If you're bored, come on over here and help me! I'll let you order my Soldiers around. :thumbsup2

Please video tape that for me :)

Why does anyone need 10 kitchens??? :confused3

I barely use my one ;)

Hi peeps.

I'm heading back to the gym this evening, after a very long break (months....). I am a bit nervous to say the least.

You know me too well.:thumbsup2

Believe it or not, I would do a half. I just hate doing this by myself.

We are all with you Jen. Want me to text you while your working out words of encouragement???

:guilty: (Hanging head in shame)

I haven't read the books either . . .

I haven't read them either nor do I care to read them... I am such a bad sparkly ear'd sister but I just can't get interested in vampire stories..

Well, I did it. I went to the gym and did the treadmill (I even ran a little), and upper body training, and a half hour of a class called Body Blast. I would have stayed longer to finish the class, but my time was up for the Kids Zone.

Good for you Jen! :thumbsup2

Just got back from the gym. Weights and treadmill.

On the way home, I picked up more lobster rolls to share with people at work. :goodvibes
