Me too, especially if it is a white shirt - which is a stain magnet. I'll have my Tide Pen ready just in case.

I am off to the Doctor soon for the results of my Knee MRI. Hoping to finally find the cause of the pain and a treatment plan to get me pain free.

I think this should say "Person" ... as I am certified by Xerox as in 2nd Level Maintenance/Repair of their Igen Digital Color Press line of printers.

When I was a CM, in Innoventions for 'The Knowledge Vortex presented by Xerox' our corporate sponsor liaison/manager was a very nice woman. Her name was Snow. She would often vent about how male dominated her field was, and how she wasn't going to be brushed aside by anyone less qualified, regardless of gender.

Last night at water aerobics we had an especially hard workout with weights and lunges. Some ibuprofen should help.

If it is sunny tomorrow, we are taking the day off for a long bike ride on a rail trail along the Kennebec River. Better on Friday. On the weekends there are too many ATVs blowing dirt in our faces.

Our job is doing something similar but we get prizes instead of cash. Grand prize is a 60" TV, but you have to have 1 million steps by July 16th to be eligible. That won't happen for me.

Again, I would walk 1 million steps for a free telly That is a great idea, I assume it's to improve peoples fitness levels and to try and stop people driving as much? That is easier said than done though, if I tried to cycle to work it would take a couple of hours and there is no safe route to go Shame really.

DH has a program like that but they don't get $ or prizes One of his co-workers routinely registeres over 60K steps/day

The JPMorgan Chase Corporate run is in town so we'll be heading to that tonite. Rained all yesterday so I'm glad it's just cloudy today! I always think it's a hoot that as I plod my way along the course, frontrunners are heading back before I've even hit the midpoint!

One more day til Friday!
