Took the day off from work because it is sunny day!

Did the two mile morning walk.
Load of laundry in the dryer.
Did some cleaning so I don't have to do it all on the weekend.

Next up, thirteen mile bike ride onthe Kennebec River rail trail.

Good times!

Makes the rest of us look like slackers.

Today my 16y/o nephew passed his written FAA exam. He will begin to log flight time next year. He plans to join the service and pilot drones. We are so proud of him.

congrats to him!

I only hope I have more time to post more- but I am reading everything each day. I feel like I know everyone already- but need to get on here more so you can know us too!

Today is my company golf outing. Rather glad that I don't have to go and babysit drunk people, as the office will be quiet and peaceful today.:

Headed to the Windy City this weekend.

No doubt some of that peace & quiet time will be spent updating that spreadsheet ... Have a good trip!

It was fun...one of our friends was "going to take it easy" and only paced at 6:30/mi instead of 6:10 & his wife was "just going to jog" a 9:00/mi We ran pretty much the whole way but won't talk about our time Actually I had to wait for DH - that's my excuse The real is the bbq and beverages afterwards - Delaware Park is turned into a huge tent-fest. Fun to see the big companies with fully catered all-out bbqing festivities white-jacket chefs - we were in left field with a Gruller

I'm still not sure if we'll keep this ADR or not, I might suggest to Gav we do CTT that day as we'll have the car then, we can do Yak and Yeti later. The reports I've read have been good and the food appeals to us. I'll let you know what we think

I know exactly what you mean, Todd. The guys in our office will all be gone for a couple of days next week on a fishing(drinking) trip. It will be nice and quiet in the office on those days. Hope you have a great trip this weekend!

Happy Friday, everyone. It's very warm and muggy here today with a chance of storms in the afternoon. My dd was supposed to be in a swim meet all weekend, but she's having some stomach pains today. I think it's just pulled muscles from practice yesterday, but I'm taking her to the doctor this afternoon, just to rule out anything worse. Hopefully, she'll get to swim tomorrow and Sunday, that is, if it doesn't get rained out.

Anyway, I'm trying to figure out our ADR's, too. I have breakfast figured out on cruise day (thanks Jen), and I think we will do Yachtsman on Saturday night before the pre-cruise meet, but that's all I have figured out so far. I'd love to go back to CTT, but I just don't think there will be time. Wish we could stay longer, but at least I've talked dh into staying for MVMCP and DATW!

My I MEAN OUR cruise is in jeopardy b/c of Uncle Sam. Dumb people, why don't they just stop blowing things up and our soldiers could ALL be home with their families instead of extended sandy vacations away from them. For now it's a possibility. Waiting for approvals. Wait wait wait.

But Jen also had a good idea of joining the after party. I think that will be a definite!

Morning Peeps! 4 days till we are at the world. I am going to scout out a photowalk plan. We are going to hook-up with Aaron and the DIS Peeps (That is the new singing group for the PCC) at the Dole Whip meet.

I am prepping or DATW, sort of.

Last night we rode bikes downtown to Buen Appetito where I had a blueberry margarita (oh! the antioxidents!!!). Tonight we walked to the other side of downtown the other Mexican restaurant, Cancun, for sidewalk dining. Tonight, I drank sangria.

"downtown" is an almost four mile round trip. How many miles is it around the lake at Epcot?

Trouble is, we have no German, or Norwegian, or Japanese, or Morrocan restaurants close by for more practice.
