Well I started today so I am posting. You can post whenever you feel like it. But if you tell me you had pizza and ice cream for dinner I may have to find you and KILL YOU!![]()
Nope, but I was bad and had a chocolate donut!

I actually had a veggie lasagna made with low fat ricotta. Not too bad.
OK....I just weighed myself for the first time in months and months...![]()
So here's what I'm starting now (ok, tomorrow)...
as of tomorrow, no more sugar in my coffee...fake stuff instead. No snacking as of tomorrow...coffee for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and desert on occation...have to get rid of the ice cream). Only sugar free drinks from this point forward. I pulled out the skinless chicken breasts for dinner tomorrow...instead of frying them up and pairing them with fries, I'm going to saute them in olive oil and have them with rice.
When I go to the store this weekend....NO JUNK! We'll add salad as a staple to our diet to fill us up. (told DH he was on a diet too) I'll even get the crappy fat free dressing.
You shouldn't give up snacks!

One thing I have realized. I would go into weigh ins on Mondays thinking "I ate all weekend long there's no way I lost" and I usually do. I think it because although I ate a lot I was actually eating small meals every few hours and that is a suggestion that lots of weight loss regimens suggest. So that is what I am going to try.
