Sandcass, if I drank what you drank last night I'd still be hanging over the porcelain bowl. I'm a foo-foo drinker too. I tried a martini years ago and couldn't even get the first sip down.

I'm just glad we are staying home today. We were supposed to go to the museum of sciece & industry in Chicago. Luckily there's an exhibit opening in a few weeks that DH & DS want to see, so we're waiting for that.

I haven't left my room yet. I have a bathroom, bed, and computer. And the curtains are closed so it's relatively dark. It's nice in my room. I might stay here ALLLLLL day.

Cute shoes! Still too high for me, but very cute. I do approve.

I've been doing errands with my DD--finally. The ones I was supposed to do earlier in the week. Still have to go to the grocery store unless I can get my DH to go. He actually enjoys it, but he's been doing errands, too, so is probably tired, too.

Oddly enough, I understand what you're saying. I also agree. Without hearing the tone of voice it is sometimes hard to know whether someone is being snirky or not.
