Tomorrow's the day we leave on our big trip. Many, many things still to do. Suitcases strewn wildly about the house, dogs freaking out, teenager doing the same.

We won't be back until the 11th of Sept. (That's right, we're flying back on 9/11.)

Is anybody gonna miss me? Is anybody gonna still remember me when I get back?

I think about that all the time. My part of the house is a mess, mostly because I spend most evenings upstairs in the living room and only go down there to go to bed. I really need to do a clean sweep.

Lite Brite, of course we'll miss you. I'll miss seeing those hideous Crocs in your siggy! And of course, your stimulating converstation. You are going to have an amazing time, I just know it!

How's everybody doing?

I got a new job teaching pre-K. I normally teach Kindergarten (In preschools) but they decided not to do Kindergarten this year becasue they didn't have a teacher in time. So I'll teach pre-k and move up with them next year when they start Kindergarten.

Also, we went and saw Barnyard today. It was very cute!!

You see my computer is in the dining room. Thats was since I made the parlor the dining room. Either way, nut much action here. The finished basement is where Rebecca and Michael spend thier time so I feel thats thier baby to deal with. The kitchen I do keep up with. Its not that I would freak if someone came by, but for Rebecca's party Fri night, I know I want to get so much that probably only matters to me. Am I nuts?

Hi Angel and Redshoes

Thank you. I don't mean to sound insensitive at all, but also don't want you all to be worried about me. It is my DHs aunt and we are not close to her at all. I am mainly concerned because my MIL is very close to her so it's hard on her.

If she's getting Avastin shots, she can thank me!! I tested a new formulation of it and it saved my life.

I have figured it out. (I was really tired yesterday.) She needs plasma shots because her platelettes are too low. (I think.)

I have been too busy to DIS lately and that is a sad commentary on my life! Today we went to a picnic sponsored by our co op. Except I just quit the co op and I am quite happy about that. EVen more so after the picnic. There is one woman who has basically decided she is in charge of everyone. Excuse me, but I am 37 years old and I reallly don't need you telling me what to do. So, I am glad I quit. Not to mention that I don't need that stress of teaching other people's children every single week. For three hours. After the picnic, we came home for two hours and then left again to participate in a fundraiser for our sister school in Vietnam. Then on to the Y so I could do water aerobics and my kids could whine at me. woohoo, fun for all.

No time for school today even, but back at the books tomorrow. I have to reevaluate the math program I chose for DD though cause I think it might suck. AND I am contemplating having DS1 tested for some kind of auditory processing disorder cause I think there is something up there.

Man, 9 o'clock already. The days are flying~!
