Yes, teva, I do think that Entertainment Tonight has the watermelon incident on video. The funny thing is that Zachary can be so serious and then turn around and be the goofiest of my older kids.

Tonight we finally made it to the pool. It was so nice and not crowded at all. The outside temp had cooled a little (probably still 90 degrees), but the water was warm. Nothing floating in the water, Shug! And don't think I didn't look!

Tomorrow is supposed to be even hotter. And only one set of appointments--dentist appointments for Jake and Ben.

Hey, all! It has been stiflingly hot here for some time but last night we finally got in a good rainstorm that actually took the humidity with it. The one before that left it here. Bleah.

I am enjoying my days off from being mom. Oldest is gone all day today as VBS is going to a local pool for the whole day.

Not much to report around here. Trying to finish cleaning/sorting and basic organizing before Dsis comes around on Sunday to see my very messy house.

Hello all. Been busy today trying to get stuff done and not getting very far. I did get to the gym to work out. Went out shopping last night to try and get the rest of the supplies I need and WalMart was out of plastic shoe boxes. I had gone to the one in Ellicott City during the day and they had 10 boxes and 8 lids, then I went to the one in Columbia and they had 10 lids and no boxes. I need 22. Someone told me that KMart is having a good sale so I will head there tonight. I hate KMart, I feel claustrophobic when I'm in there

Merle, I also hate K-mart and haven't been in one in years. The one near us, at least, was filthy, crowded, and just not worth going to. Worse than our Wal-Mart, which is saying a lot.

We just got back from the pool. It is so hot out--98 degrees according to weather.com. Too hot to be out without being in the water.

It was good. DS decorated most of his projects with a video game character. The pride is flowing.

I am very tired. It is going to be a looooong week of family stuff and I am getting a cold. Not good for Scuba.

No, the pool was like bath water, but it was something to do that didn't involve laundry or dishes! Of course the laundry and dishes are still waiting for me...

At least your son didn't decorate most everything with glitter...I hate glitter!
