He lost the first one and broke the remaining one. I don't think he was real bright skydiving with one leg.

But then again, I'm scared to death to skydive with two legs--would only consider it if I were on Amazing Race (my yardstick for anything daring) and I don't even think I'd be able to do it if I were on that show unless it were the final challenge and I were guaranteed the million dollars.
My feet are too big for the clog type crocs, but I was looking at the flip flop type and they sure seem comfy, so maybe I'll get some of them sometime, but they are not cheap. Thirty dollars for flip flops? Yikes!
We just got back from Jake's last mini-meet. I'm thinking that if Jake stays in swimming that in a couple years he'll get the most improved award.

He really is pretty bad, but he does have cuteness working in his favor, so at least that's good.

And he has fun and likes it, so that's a positive, too.
We have a BBQ this evening and that's it. I think I'm going to bring some dessert tonight. What's easy to make, but doesn't look easy?
