I'm back from a neighborhood BBQ, it was fun but I'm just not great at the whole potluck thing. I know how clean my kitchen is but I have no idea what other kitchen conditions are. With my luck the pasta salad that looked good came from the kitchen Froggy was talking about .

a really nice little steak and seafood resturant on Santa Rosa Island (Pensecola Beach) and the have a steak and shrimp combo (grilled) with grilled veggies, makes me hungry just thinking about it

ok i think i am now at least clean again. god i may never get all of the roach smell out of my clothes, this little old lady lived alone for years, wouldnt let anyone in the house for weeks at a time, and then she would let her niece into the living room to visit, the kitchen was a disaster, the family ran the dishes through the dishwasher out of the cabinets and still threw them away. they used a rake to drag as much stuff out of the cabinets as they could, all wehad to deal wiuth was what was hidden in corners out of reach. we still took three large bags of trash out of just those three spots...

according to her nieghbor the lady was very senile long before she went to the nursing home, then it took a couple months for her niece ( and next in line ti inherit the family home) to get power of attorney and premission from the courts to do anything at all with the house. she wasnt even able to go in and clean for a month or more, until it was settled that she actually was the one supposed to be in charge of the house and contents.
